Slow Cooker Chicken & Gravy – only 3 ingredients!! Great for weeknight meals. Dump everything in the crockpot, let it work its magic, and serve over rice with green beans. Kid‑friendly and easy!
Place chicken in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Whisk together soup, dry gravy mix, and optional water or broth. Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours.
Before serving, shred or break chicken into bite‑sized pieces.
Serve over hot steamed rice with green beans, if desired.
Notes
Do NOT make the gravy—use only the dry mix. Do NOT add water to the soup—use right from the can. You can substitute thighs or tenderloins, use frozen chicken (cook longer), and even add frozen vegetables. Unsalted soup helps control sodium.
